Job Description

A Home Health Aide assists clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, safe mobility and transfers, range-of-motion support, light housekeeping and meal prep, hydration and nutrition reminders, medication reminders per policy, vital signs per plan of care, and timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications (choose one)
  • Graduate of a home health aide or allied health training program; or
  • Trained on the job by an accredited home health agency; or
  • Experience: 3 months verifiable home care experience.

All candidates must meet age, ID, and conduct requirements per the NHWCA Candidate Handbook.
