Job Description

The Cardio Technician performs 12-lead EKG acquisition, monitors telemetry, assists with stress tests, prepares/educates patients for Holter/event monitors, ensures signal quality, documents findings, and communicates clinically relevant abnormal results per protocol.

Qualifications (choose one)
  • Graduate of an allied health training program; or
  • Trained on the job by an accredited healthcare facility; or
  • Experience: 3 months verifiable cardiac diagnostics experience.

All candidates must meet age, ID, and conduct requirements per the NHWCA Candidate Handbook.
