This workshop does not replace formal surgical technology education programs.

Enrollment Terms and Conditions By registering for this workshop, participants agree to the following terms: Registration Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Seating is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Full payment is required to reserve a seat in the workshop. No Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Once registration is completed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, or failure to attend the workshop. Transfer Policy Registrations may be transferred one time to a future workshop date if the participant is unable to attend the originally scheduled session. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date. Transferred registrations must be used within 12 months of the original registration date. Attendance Participants must arrive on time and complete all required training components in order to participate in the certification exam. Certification Certification is issued upon successful completion of the workshop requirements and passing the certification exam administered through the National Healthcare Workers Association. Workshop Changes The organization reserves the right to reschedule workshop dates due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered transfer to the next available session.
