Job Description

Performs rooming, vitals, history, injections and immunizations per policy, EKG acquisition support, specimen collection/POCT, wound-care setup, and patient education; manages scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, intake forms, EHR charting, messaging, and basic billing support; maintains infection control and safety standards and ensures HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications (choose one)
  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant or allied health program; or
  • Trained on the job by an accredited healthcare facility; or
  • Experience: 3 months verifiable clinic experience (clinical/admin).
